Creditfacts will only open new accounts to established businesses that use our
services for legitimate, permissible purposes. All clients must read and be familiar
with the Fair Credit Reporting Act

Opening an account with Creditfacts is easy! Just follow the instructions
below and you will be on your way to accessing all of Creditfacts products and services.
In order to open an online account, you will need to print out and submit two short
forms. These forms are available in Acrobat Reader format. If you do not currently
have a copy of this software, click the link below for your free copy of the Acrobat
Reader.
First, you will need to register your company:
- Click the Company Registration Form
- Print the registration form, and fill in all the required information
- Fax the completed form to us for our review. Our fax number is 212-481-8117
Once your account has been approved:
- A Creditfacts team member will call you to let you know your account is open
- We will identify the reports your company will be able to order
- We will inform you of your approved payment method with Creditfacts
(Invoiced at the end of the month or credit card charge each time)
Finally, you will need to register each individual user at your company:
- Click the User Set-Up/Change Form link
- Print this form, and fill in all the required information (The information on this form
is critical and should be read carefully. Creditfacts will be more than happy to answer any
questions you might have)
- Fax the completed form to us for our review. Our fax number is 212-481-8117
That is all it takes! You can now use Creditfacts' online services!
- Creditfacts will train you on how to use our system to generate reports
- Login to www.creditfacts.com and begin using our services.
